INTERNSHIPS

Leverage your time developing your God-given gifts while sharing the hope of the Gospel. Join the 6° Initiative this year in Togo, West Africa!

Welcoming interns is one of the highlights of our year - to see brothers and sisters in Christ from two different cultures being mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, what a joy. As an intern, we ask that you come not just to serve, but to expect to grow spiritually, be personally mentored, and be launched into the calling that God has placed on your life!

This is not just an internship — it’s a mentorship experience designed to stretch and shape future leaders. Our prayer is that each intern would leave with:

  • A higher view of God.

  • A proper view of themselves in Christ.

  • A clear next step in their role in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Seeking applicants who have a personal relationship with Christ and are faithful students of His word, are college-aged/young adults, have a heart for missions, and who demonstrate a desire for spiritual growth and deep mentorship.

Testimonials

  • I have loved the relationships I have been able to build.

“Whether that be role models who have inspired me, people who allow me to be vulnerable, community who taught me new ways of life, or lifelong friends who pushed me in my walk with Christ.”

  • God works in mysterious ways. He revealed things about my life and turned my heart inside out.

“God presented situations where I could step out in boldness, pushed me outside my comfort zone so I could grow, and made His name known among the nations. The stories of people who stepped out in faith and abandoned everything they knew for the only thing that gives true peace and freedom - the Lord absolutely broke my heart for what breaks His.”

  • The team mentoring us through this internship was one of my favorite parts.

“Also, having conversations with Togolese pastors & church leaders who taught us more about their everyday lives/ministry and how to lead others to Christ in this context.”

  • Come in with open hands and heart.

“You will be pushed out of your comfort zone put that is where God grows us the most so lean into it. Answer the hard questions, take the opportunity presented, and when God tugs at your heart, respond!”
